we're calling on the next president of the united states to fulfill the promise of the the 2008 Farm Bill because america needs:

Increased conservation of natural resources;
Greater preservation of our country’s precious farmland;
Incentives for farmers to produce cleaner water and reduced greenhouse gas emissions;
Increased availability of healthy, local foods;
Expanded economic opportunities for rural America;

So we have a vibrant agriculture sector that can compete in a rapidly changing global marketplace, and continue to provide the food, fiber and renewable energy our country needs.
